30-Day Return Policy
At Olyndra London, we want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Sale items and personalized or customized products are non-returnable.
How to Return:

- You will receive a return authorization number and return shipping instructions.
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging and include the return authorization number inside the package.
- Ship your return using a trackable shipping service. We recommend keeping the shipping receipt for your records.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was damaged or defective.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and process a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
