30-Day Return Policy

At Olyndra London, we want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@olydralondon.com to initiate the return process.
  2. You will receive a return authorization number and return shipping instructions via Royal Mail.
  3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging and include the return authorization number inside the package.
  4. Ship your return using the shipping service. We recommend keeping the shipping receipt for your records.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was damaged or defective.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. From time to time this may change depending on the circumstance and final approval from a manager. 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and process a full refund or replacement.
