We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Returns should be requested within 14 days of delivery and sent back promptly once approved.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not charge a restocking fee, this is for the benefit of the customer.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

Refund and Return Details

If approved, your full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer for change-of-mind returns, except where
